A future in which we can take advantage of the many exciting technologies that are coming our way (IoT, smart buildings, ...)
The term Digital Transformation has been thrown around a lot in recent years, and I belief that POL is one critical component for this evolution.
Passive Optical LAN is a optical fiber based LAN implementation using the GPON technology. So I start with describing the basics of the POL solutions.
